For Learning Managers

1. Request providers’ contacts and license purchase approval from the contract owner, the Language and Communications Training Unit (LCTU) at dos-cdots-lctu@un.org. Note: provider contracts might be limited by a NTE (Not to Exceed Amount).
2. After receiving Umoja information, the provider´s contact and approval from your LCTU interlocutor, raise a shopping cart in Umoja.
3. Handle enrolment and communication details directly with the provider’s contact. The LCTU will offer support and guidance for the next steps.

Purchasing language learning licenses for your team can be done via Umoja by the UN Secretariat manager.
