Calendar

The Language and Communications Training Unit instructor-led courses are offered term by term. The yearly calendar shows the registration period and the class period.

The last registration date applies to language acquisition courses (30 hours of instruction). Registration for specialized courses typically closes one week before the course starts. Registration for webinars typically closes one day before the webinar.

The Calendar does not apply to self-study courses or placement tests, which are available throughout the year.

Participants may consult the catalogue or course brochure, which includes the LMS code, the last day to enrol, the course start and end dates and the class schedule. Participants are encouraged to plan to register early because language courses are widely attended and may reach capacity during the first weeks of registration.

Participants who have registered for a course but realize that they can no longer commit must cancel their participation to facilitate management of waitlisted participants and the assignment of classrooms and language instructors.

Registration for specialized courses is open until one week before the course starts.

Registration for webinars is open until 24 hours before the webinar starts.
